When will I receive my order?
- Domestic order: Usually between 7-14 business days

- International order: Usually between 7-21+ days

***All body butters are shipped out from Michigan. Therefore if you live in a hot state, there is a higher possibility that your butters may melt during transit. Rock it Fashion is not responsible for replacing melted body butters.***

When will my order be processed?
⁃ Usually between 4-7 business days

What happens if I entered my address incorrectly?
-Usually, the system will flag your order and it will be canceled and restocked.
***PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE CORRECTLY ENTERED YOUR ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT***

Are all of your products cruelty free?
⁃ Yes, all of our products are cruelty free and vegan

What are your shipping days?
-Usually, we ship packages Monday-Wednesday in order to avoid weekend delays in the carrier facilities which could cause body butters to melt.

Do your products contain nuts?
⁃ Some of our products contain coconut oil and avocado oil. Please check the ingredients listed with each product/with similar products on our website prior to usage

Do my products have an expiration date?
-We recommend that all products be utilized with a six months period with the exception of body butters which may last up to one year

What to do if my body butter melts during transit?
-Refrigerate immediately until it re-solidifies.***All body butters are shipped out from Michigan. Therefore if you live in a hot state, there is a higher possibility that your butters may melt during transit. Rock it Fashion is not responsible for replacing melted body butters.***
